Home		Forum FORUM OFFLINE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE By viewing, registering and posting on the NTU Pride online Forum, you are understood to have read and agree to follow the rules set out here. About your Posts You agree, through your use of the NTU Pride forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any UK or EU law. Posting a message with the intention of committing an illegal act is strictly prohibited. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this Forum. Impersonating another person is strictly prohibited on this Forum. This also includes the setting up of multiple accounts by a single user and posting under a false name as someone other than yourself. Impersonation by a user risks the deletion of your account, your other account(s), and permanent banning from further use of the Forum. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. You may not violate, plagiarise, or infringe on the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, personal, publicity, or proprietary rights. Should a complaint be received regarding messages that contravene the above guidelines, the Forum Administrator may take the action of deleting the offending message, or removing particular words (including names). If this action is taken, a Message Deletion Notification or "Moderated" will appear on the Forum from the ‘NTU Pride Forum Administrator’ giving a reason for the deletion or removal of particular words if one is necessary. Any queries about the deletion of a message should be directed at the Forum Administrator either by private message (PM) or in an email to the Society's official contact address. If you fail to abide by these Forum Rules and/or the Information Services Regulations, Terms and Conditions, you will be formally warned by email. This warning may include a temporary suspension of your ability to participate in the Forum. If after this warning you continue to breach the Rules, you will be prohibited from using the discussions from and extended period of time, if not permanently. About the Forum The NTU Pride Forum is installed on the Society's website server, which is hosted by a UK-based hosting company. NTU Pride cannot accept any liability for loss of service or downtime of the Forum, however we will make every effort to resolve any problems that may occur. The NTU Pride Forum Administrator reserves the right to delete any posts and topics, at any time, for any reason. The Forum Administrator also reserves the right for individual user banning and the suspension or complete removal of the Forum without notice.
